He also made the custom template (which was designed by a completely different person) seamlessly work with the new SE upgrade, and installed some additional plugins that did not work before. The entire process, from the beginning to fixing last bugs and incompatibilities essentially took just two days. Most users -- I have over 500 -- didn't notice it, thinking it was just a small, incremental upgrade, whilst in reality it was a significant jump forward.
